I love it here. The staff is very nice and they take their time on my order here and always make it extra special. This area has... definitely a lot of people who are hard to deal with so I don?t blame the staff if their feeling frustrated especially as an exbarista it?s very hard to be dealing with customers who are always having an issue. My girlfriend and I got our favorite drinks here today. On my way home I noticed something odd about the taste, after a few more... drinks I decided to smell it. The milk was spoiled and used in both of our drinks. I have been wretching fighting the urge topuke for 15 minutes now. Complete waste of money seeing as how I now do not have time to go back and do not feel I could if Iwanted to or I would puke. Read more
I love suburban Starbucks like this one because the staff is so friendly. They get their job done and give great service but... they are more relaxed people. Nice bright location. Tons of seating. Nice patrons. Same great Starbucks products. Plenty ofparking. Extra love to Nic who really cares about getting your drink just perfect and Sabella who is just pretty. The staff is very nice and friendly but they always seem under trained. I have been to this location a few times and every... experience has been similar. They either couldn't find the drink on the screen, or made it wrong. They are also very slow,because they are not properly trained. Do yourself a favor and drive across the street to a real Starbucks. Read more
This Starbucks i go to weekly. The staff are super nice. Attentive. And if you need your drink redone cuz you didn't like it..... they will gladly do it! <3 they're was this girl named Wendy!
