I?m writing this review based on my moms experience at this store. She doesn?t know English too well, so it can be difficult for... her to communicate via the speakers to order drinks but we?ve never ran into issues at any other Starbucks before.Unfortunately, that day an employee by the name of EJ was extremely rude to her saying he can?t help her if he can?t understandher in a really judging tone. Not sure why the attitude is needed when you can just simply help her order. We live near so havebeen supporting this local store frequently, and had no issues with the other workers. Other workers just ask her to pull up andalways help her with the order, not sure why this employee needed to be so rude? Considering you?re also a person of color, youshould be more understanding of the circumstances. In addition, the one time we asked to remake a drink, there was so muchun-needed attitude from him that we just didn?t even want a new drink anymore. Not sure why you guys staff such an employee,based on his interactions with the customers I bet he?s a pain to work with as well. We will no longer stopping by this store. Read more
Super friendly and fast service every time I go! And they are always so nice to my pup and give her puppy cups. :)
I'm not a coffee drinker, but they make coffee drinks that don't taste anything like that stuff. It's not going to make me a... coffee drinker, but my wife loves it. Apparently you can put together some crazy special orders. Price seems decent, it's notyour 25 cent cup at a diner, but I don't know if that exists anymore and this tastes way better. I'm pretty sure they don't letyou order ahead here and the drive thru seems a little inadequate for the traffic they get, but service was quicker thanexpected. Also, they can scan your phone for payment so you don't need to get out a card. Read more
drive thru worker is like way too over enthusiastic like its really not a bad thing but in the morning too much for me to handle... but like she really is great im just like wow and then they never have ham and swiss and like ugggh but it is really good andcashier is actually really fine Read more
Love this location, it's always busy but to be honest they get you in and out through the drive thru really fast. I always come... here with big orders and they never mess them up. The bakery items are always fresh and the coffee is always delicious. Theworkers are always friendly and masked up and keep casual conversation while you wait for your order. Always a pleasantexperience and would recommend to everyone. Read more
