I had to change my rating on this one as they have newer employees that are just awful. The orders are wrong, drinks taste... terrible and service is disappointing. I'll head to the Starbucks on Kent Kangley from now on. Read more
The people here are very nice. I've never had a drink made incorrectly here - delicious.
Never had a problem until they hired new employees. Terrible customer service by the young man with the blue eyes, I asked for... my ice coffee to have half the ice as usual, he ignored my request and I told him to make a new one, he rolled his eyes andslowly remade my drink. I would recommend going to a different Starbucks now. Read more
Lately I have really enjoyed going to this Starbucks. The team is so friendly (even when it is busy) and go above and beyond.... Special mention to the two young kids who work there in the evenings- very positive attitude and great service! Read more
