I made a mobile order at 5:45 am when it allowed me to so I come the drive thru is closed and so is the lobby . Finally they... open at 6 and one of the girls is shaking her head at me her name is (OTI)like I?m in the wrong waiting for my drink? oh excuseme I?m sorry I?ve been waiting for 15 minutes not sure of what?s going on and they pretend like you aren?t there . Finally I wasable to get ahold of the other girl that Was nice at least and told me yo go through the drive through and OTI the other girlwas shaking her head at me again! The girl that made my drink was nice and you could tell this other gal has had complaints .Not my fault your mobile order let me order a drink not my fault you guys can?t open on time . My wife and I go through the drive through on the way to work at roughly 5:45am. This location will have 0 cars (they don't take... mobile orders), and it will still take near 10 minutes for our order (a cold brew and an americano...) When we order a toastedbagel it never comes out toasted. Rather, it is pretty cold. The worst part is their hours/lack of communication. They alsoaren't open during their hours of operation. We have gone there several times in the morning near 6am (they opened at 5am) andthey have been closed. Go to a different location. Read more
This store constantly has their inside service closed and has the online orders turned off. For. While they still had online... ordering but their lobby was closed, they had a sign outside for a number to call and they would bring out your order, onlyproblem was the number was ALWAYS busy. Does anyone else's coffee taste like acetone. It's not the first time it taste like this.... Wondering what's going on.. is... strong coffee supposed to taste like this. I've had same exact drink at other places and it doesn't taste terrible or cause painlike this one. Read more
Great, and efficient service. As a regular here, I appreciate that the staff has hardly messed up on my orders, and if they do... it's never a big deal. The drive thru line moves pretty quickly and their staff are nice. Read more
I'm a truckdriver. Tried to walk in last night at 630pm... closed! Tried to walk in now, 630 in the morning. Only drive up open.... Some stores will not serve walk ups in the drive through. Very frustrating and disappointing ????. Read more
