They don't know how to make drinks. Why would I want coffee and syrup separate? Who doesn't like drinking plain espresso... followed by a mouthful of pure syrup at the end? "BUt yOu cAN jUsT mIx iT." No I can't because it will mess up the foam top andthe drink just should everywhere. Read more

Usally I count on Starbucks being predictable. You know what you are getting and it should be consistent wherever you are in the... country but seriously this one sucks. The wait time is ridiculous I have given them 3 chances on my morning commute as it is themost convenient location. Each time the wait was long and most of the staff seemed half asleep. I have been coming to this location for 1 year. All the time the same drink - white chocolate mocha half sweet. 1 year. Same... coffee every morning. Recently they got new morning barista. She is constantly burning milk. I drunk it once, another time,another time? but today again burned milk smell taste? returned coffee back and didn?t ask to remake it? not coming to thislocation ever again. Btw I drink same coffee at same location for 1 year and Im pretty sure I know how my one coffee taste andsmell. But barista said she does coffee all day long and she knows better than me how it tatstes and smells, and she laughed atme. Im buying coffee to enjoy it! Not to enjoy burning milk taste in my mouth!
