They would not accept my valid coupon for a $6.49 6" meal deal. The person behind the counter has a very thick accent and is... difficult to understand. Apparently, that coupon only applies to sandwiches with certain meats in them. Says nothing about thaton the coupon. Then AFTER the guy loads the sandwich with veggies he asks if I want it toasted. It was very frustrating and Iended up paying around $14 for a 6" turkey club meal, which is absolutely ridiculous. He charged me extra for the bacon! Thesandwich was VERY LIGHT ON MEAT. First, let me start off by saying I've worked fast food and I've worked at restaurants. Portion control is a legit concern for... keeping costs down. I get that, I respect that. I also believe the companies should be held accountable for misleadingadvertisement. This is the 6inch Philly cheese steak sub that I ordered via GrubHub. At first, I thought maybe they completelyforgot to put the meat on it. But no, it was there, barely. There is *no* way that the amount of meat on the sandwich is thestandard portion. Super disappointed and won't be ordering from here again. Just because the customer isn't standing theretelling you how to make the sandwich doesn't mean you should not make it correctly. What I received looks *nothing* like what isshown as an example of the sub on the website. I know that website photos of the food are fluffed and perfect but seriously.This is ridiculous. Read more

The guy that works here is ahhhhmazin a rare find these days. He is always in a happy mood, always does exactly what you ask... and always makes a perfect Sandwich. Pick this location if you wanna make sure you're not in line forever and shorted on yourtoppings.. this is my go to su way for sure!!! Read more

Workers are okay quite slow though, location sadly doesn't carry provolone cheese. Don't come if you're trying to catch a bus

Me and a friend came in to grab lunch, the employee was impatient to make our order, I asked her several time for a sandwich... that was displayed on the menu, and told her my bread choice but she gave me a different kind. When I asked her if the sandwichshe was making was the same as the one on the menu she ignored my question. I understand it's hard to hear with the masks anddividers but how can you mistake sweet onion teriyaki chicken for salami and pepperoni? Horrible service, will not be goingback. Read more

Terrible customer service! The woman making sandwiches does not speak English well, and appears to not hear well either. She is... not pleasant. She made two sandwiches for me today and they came out of the toaster scorched. She was appalled when I asked herto remake them. I waited 22 minutes in line to even place my order. Read more
