IF you order online for pick up inspect your sandwich BEFORE you leave the store. I have ordered online for pick up three times... and each time I have experienced some kind of issue the orders. First we ordered a Tuna Sandwich got home to discover there wasNO tuna on the sandwich. Second time we ordered a Subway Club with mayo and mustard, but received sweet onion sauce on itinstead, no mayo or mustard. When I went back to the store the associate needed to inspect my receipt to see that the order wasincorrect. I was not offered an apology. We also ordered chocolate chip cookies, but received the Dark Chocolate cookiesinstead. On another occasion I sent my son into pickup the order, I was required to go in and show proof of the order. I shouldmention, there was no other orders and no one else in the store. This is not a very busy location my name should havesufficed. An in person visit, I wanted a salad. They say they can make any sub a salad. The associate looked at the sandwich Iwas requesting to make a salad and told me no. I said excuse me, I have had that salad before. She again refused and said NOonce more. I found this annoying and very strange. I stepped out of line, the next associate was happy to accommodate theorder. Not all of our encounters here have been bad, but we are no longer going to this location either. Read more

While the worker was nice and ordering was overall an OK experience when I got home and started eating I found some kind of pit... in my sandwich and nearly cracked my teeth on it. I have a picture of it but I have no idea what kind of pit or why it was inmy food. I'm just glad it wasn't in my son's sandwich cause he could have choked on it or hurt himself. ? Read more

Friendly staff, clean place. Great place to order if you speak Spanish, not so easy if you only speak English. The staff and I... had trouble understanding each other, at least partly because of our masks and the dividers between us, but also a bit of alanguage problem. Read more

I dont like writing negative reviews. Especially since its subway and I know what Im getting when I go in. I dont know if the... plastic shield is causing it or possibly a language barrier but today I had to get my sandwich remade several times. I went inasking for a chicken bacon ranch on italian herbs and cheese in a melt. I didnt get bacon and barely got cheese. Also did notget it in a melt. The first attempt the lady behind the counter gave me steak. The second attempt it was turkey. And the thirdattempt got at least the chicken part. After it got toasted they asked what veggies I wanted. I said onions, spinach, andJalapeños. What I got was Onions, olives, and banana peppers. I was just frustrated so I ended up buying the sandwich andleaving since they did redo my sandwich twice already. I dont want to discourage people from going here in the future. They arevery nice but Ive had several trips like this here and I dont want to anymore. I give them 3 stars because it the end of the daythey do have a very nice staff. Read more

The subway staff here have a Mexican twist for an accent wich makes it hard to understand them. I've found it helpful to just... know exactly what you want to order because the accent and the masks are just too difficult. Besides that fast, easy, cleanservice. Pricing is about 8-9 for a 12 inch sandwich. For those worried about the covid-19, this place does not require masks tobe worn, the staff wears ppe though. Also many places around this area don't require anyone to wear anything, or they don'tenforce the masks. Read more

We went to this subway for dinner tonight. The service was mediocre. The employee skimped on my boyfriends meatball sub. I was... watching her and she only but a few meatballs on the sub and then drained the marinara off the meat ball before putting it onthe sub. Nothing like having a dry meatball sub. My sub she skimped on the meat I asked for and just basically threw it alltogether like she did not care. She seemed to give the expression that we were interrupting her and how dare we. I started coming to this location after having issues with a couple other ones. This location has great customer service and the... prices are better than what I've seen at some of the other Kent locations. I've never had a problem with the quality of myorder. Read more
