Music was way too loud. Hard to have a conversation. Beer taps were out of order. Had knock off Sriracha. Didn?t have free... water. They even had cups out but when I asked staff where the water was I was told you have to buy bottled water. Who doesn?thave free water at a sit down restaurant. No pho spoons, just regular plastic spoons. Pho was average at best. If your use to aregular pho experience this will definitely disappoint. Most Ive paid for pho as well. Over $100 for family of 4. Was out for lunch and looking to try something new. Went to the Kent location and was pleasantly surprised. Step inside and... you find a clean modern vibe. I chose the Vermicelli Bowl with pork. The food was served within minutes of ordering, and wasdelightful. Lettuce and veggies were very fresh, and the pork was flavorful. Thoroughly enjoyed this. You order and pick up atthe counter, and prices are reasonable for a good size bowl. I'll definitely stop in again! Read more

I came in to Pho Vinason not too long ago on a day that I didn't feel like cooking and wanted something quick + healthy, this... was literally the perfect spot! The ordering process was quick and the employees were super kind. I got a small chicken banh mifor myself, a large pork banh mi for my boyfriend, and two pork egg rolls + two Thai teas to share. The food came out quicklyand was packaged with care! No spills or anything from the bag on the drive home. The food itself was pretty good. We loved theThai tea, the banh mi was good, and the egg rolls were just alright. We're both used to getting banh mi with pate spread, whichhas a very strong flavor, so in comparison, this banh mi seemed a little less flavorful/dry? I think it would definitely benefitfrom more garlic aioli (if we could order more on the side?). Also, we wished for some more picked daikon, that's always afavorite! 1st time here, the food was great it literally came out in less than 3 minutes. Everything tasted fresh,had great flavor, and... portion was just right for $10 but it was quite similar to other noodles bowls I've had before. The decor is neat clean, modern,and they are sustainable. Only thing I would recommend is the cashier could be a bit more warm friendly other than it was a goodmeal. Read more
