I ordered the atomic wings and the spicy Korean wings. This is by far the worse WingStop I?ve ever eaten at. The wings tasted... like they still needed to be cooked. The skin was very flappy?. Not good at all. I understood you all were very packed, but thewings were not good at all. The customer service was good. The wings were awful. I?m sure those wings were not cooked until thetimer went off. Thank you for good customer service. The young man at the register was very respectful and well mannered. Read more

On 9/4/22 my son and his girlfriend placed an online order. They arrived at approximately 6pm for pick up. They waited 30 extra... minutes and were told to wait 15 more minutes. 30 minutes later they were told again just another 15 minutes. Finally after anhour and a half they told them nevermind, they were leaving and to process a refund. They were told they could not have a refundand would need to contact the store manager, Doris, the next day. Tues the 6th girlfriend calls and asks to speak to the managerwho tells her she will have to request a refund processed through corporate and it will take a couple business days. Now Sunday9/11/22 still no refund. I call the store and ask to speak to the manager. A woman claims to be the store manager but refuses togive me her name. I explain what happened and ask when my son can expect a refund. She tells me the store does not processrefunds and she will have to wait until Monday to process a refund. I ask her if she has any recollection of this situation andshe says she has never heard of it. This is a lie, she spoke to the girlfriend last Tues. She hangs up on me 2 times because Iasked for her name. She said I was lying that they waited for an hour and a half. She is totally unprofessional andcondescending. Do not order online from this store. Horrible customer service and manager is rude, dismissive andunprofessional. I have never written a bad review but this situation was so outrageous with the treatment by the "Manager" tohang up on me, talk to me so disrespectfully when all I'm requesting is a refund for my son for food that was never given. Food is great and always is. Customer service is very lacking. Tried to receive a couple of refunds on my orders that were never... delivered and have not received my refund as of yet. Beware of ordering delivery since they use doordash and its either a hit ormiss. I've had a 1/3 chance so far. I'd honestly would give this a 5 star review if there was better communication and customerservice. Its a shame because the food is really always great. Read more

Terrible and slow service. Waited 35 minutes for our food just to be told it would be 10 additional minutes. It was 2 8 piece... combos. There is no way it should take that long. Meanwhile we have other peoples orders being fulfilled. At that point I justasked for a refund. Staff was very slow & definitely seemed like they weren?t interested in find a solution. Read more

Called in multiple times and was told I couldn?t place a big order over the phone, ( I wanted the 100 pc combo) after trying to... place order online without success.(not sure if the system was down. But it wouldn?t let me add items to my cart) So my husbandwent into the store to place and pay for the order for later pick up. He sent me a copy of the order receipt, noticing that theyhad gotten the order wrong he went back the cashier and explained that the order was wrong. After confirming that they knew theflavors we wanted for our order he left the store. Only to later pick up and realize that they had in fact given us almost 40of the 100 wings plain without any sauce. On New Year?s Eve. Now don?t get me wrong I understand mistakes happen and this wasclears a mistake but every time I called that day and up until today when I called to let them know what had happened managementhas been so rude and u cooperative . Ordered through their site for delivery. 40pk wing meal. Added extra orders of fries as well. Order came half hour late but not... a big deal as the driver texted us and said the restaurant was running behind. Fries were cold but wings were hot. No biggiethrew the fries in the air fryer. The wings on the other hand we ordered 25/40 in Louisiana rub. We got dry wings instead. WhenI called the store to speak to the manager after spending $88 he was not having it from the start. Said he would refund for thefries...what? I had an issue with the WINGS. He said if we wanted it fixed to come in and exchange. Sorry I'm not driving fromCovington to exchange but I told him I had a photo I could send him. He said the wings were right but "whatever he wouldrefund".......uhh okay? Worst customer service. Feedback in a restaurant is important and he clearly didn't give a dang. It's ashame we have always had a great experience but after that, no thanks. Read more

Where to start?!?... The service is by far lacking and any kind of "management" for the employees is a joke- I believe this was... the gentleman with longer dark hair with highlights, that had his hair up- although not in any kind of net. You WILL waitforever here if you walk in- 20-30 easy. For some dry corn and even drier chicken wings. Floors were dirty, tables were notbeing cleaned after people left. Only gave two stars for the simple fact the Louisiana Rub was decent. Not worth the wait norwhat you get for $15. Read more
