The food was great! The veggie pizza is my favorite ????. They took our order but never told us how long it was going to be. We... waited in the lobby and after awhile I just asked and it was done. I don't know for how long but it was still warm. Thebreadsticks aren't very good. They don't have alot of flavor. We didn't eat all of them. The sauce turned sour the next day. We often stop by Monical's on a Sunday afternoon after church and get the family meal--a pizza, large salad, and a pitcher of... pop. The salad is good and fresh. Even though I should abstain, I can't stay away from the Monical's own house dressing which islike a red Catalina dressing but better. The pizza is unique to Monical's. They serve thin crust pizzas with a slight peppery flavor. We love it. The restaurant is very clean and relaxing. We are thankful for the service that Monical's brings toKentland! Read more
We were on the road on our way to Terre haute looking for a place to eat that wasn't McDonald's or burger king. I'm glad we... found Monical's. There was only one other customer when we had lunch there at around 3 pm. The young guy that took our orderswas very attentive. We ordered a veggie pizza with pineapple an thin crust. We didn't add cheese so the pizza was a littlebland. They put lots of veggies, I wish we had ordered a regular crust. Canceled order! After waiting 90 minutes, (30 minutes after the estimated delivery time), we received a call from the restaurant... asking if we wanted garlic butter on our bread sticks because? Well they already did it. But 30 minutes after THAT we called andthey said it would be still another hour because the delivery driver was out.
