For the price that you pay for KFC food it should be flawlessly great
Ordered 12 piece bucket with 3 large sides and 6 cookies. 2 sides were supposed to be mac and cheese and one mashed potatoes and... gravy get home look in the bag and we have 2 mashed potatoes and gravy 1 mac and cheese and no cookies! So I try to call thekenton store 4 times they hung up on me once before I could say anything then no answer at all!! Its hard to believe this dayand age of ordering food could be so horrible especially when it costs almost $40.00 dollars guess they can afford to losecustomers like me! Went in to pick up my online order, they said they didn't receive it. So I looked at my emailed receipt, and like an idiot, I... had sent the order to the Marysville location. The girl working asked what I'd ordered, and they put it together and gave it tome anyway. I was very surprised, that kind of customer service is very hard to find these days. And the food was great. I spent 20. On 2 meals and they tasted like old grease. It was awful, couldn't eat them and neither did the dog. That's sad.... Tighten up KFC Stopped in again a few days ago, 6 months since the last time. I ordered two 3-piece wing dinners. The wingsmust've come from a baby chicken, because they were so small, it was pitiful. You used to get nice fat juicy chicken wings thereyears ago, but not anymore. That's twice now I've been there & disappointed in the quality of the food both times. You ask 8 pc meal you get only wings and legs and I scoop potatoes and 1 table of gravy over it and scoop of 1/4 c for 19.99... it's terrible . Chicken and legs and wings all dri up look like they dug out of trash can . Won't be back . Will go out of town. It's sad when you pay good money can't get descient meal and workers. Read more
