I went to twcobell normally I don't have a problem but this time they didn't know what I was saying I wanted two boxes and they... come back with one and a chiken bureto like no and gave me one cinnamon twist I was supposed get two and they guy main the foodtold me it's going to take a while like I work at wendeys never hade that problem and if they new train them first. Nice people work there. My biggest issues is day and night ordering are so far apart from each other in terms of quality.... Sometimes my items are cold others they are using obviously out dated and shouldn't have been served. Update 7/23/22 service wasstill good and thankfully the food was much better. Pretty much the only fast food I'll eat in this town. This is the only place I don't wait forever just to realize the order is... incorrect, cold or just poorly prepared. Food is often up before we even finish getting our drinks and condiments and get satdown. Quality is the same from every one of these stores so I know what I'm getting. Read more

They are Always friendly and good service. I just don't I derstand paying $15 for 6 tacos tho?? I understand everything is going... up but I have never got in on any deals there?? Maybe I don't know what to order. I thought 6 tacos was pretty basic and wouldfeed 2. Isn't there such a thing as a dollar menu, or a $2 menu?? I guess that's long gone ???? Read more
The woman taking orders was rude & tried to rush us. Gave us a total before we were done ordering & food was slopped together... falling out of shells. More out than in. I recommend if you want GOOD Mexican food try Salsa"s. May be a bit pricier but you getwhat you pay for. Won't be returning to this Taco Bell & will be telling all my friends to find other places to eat. This placeneeds to be closed down. Read more
Put my order in about 11:40am - 11:50am for 3 people in total and they cancelled for no reason. I've called multiple times to... see what was the reason for my order being cancelled, but their line was busy. Not only that but I was charged $26.14, it'spending, but still that shouldn't be happening. My order only costed $47.36 with taxes. This is located at Kenton, OH 43326 Read more
