Had a very very rude, attitude problem with the guy taking orders. Was a little busy. Screwed up our order, don't know if a... manager was working or not. If it when the next time I go there and that guy is taking orders, I will walk out like a bunch ofcustomers did when they saw how he was acting. Read more

Food was so bad. Let's start with my chicken sandwich, it was gross and tasted like it was reheated a few to many times. Not... only was that bad I ordered my sandwich with no tomato add onion, they did that correct but also added a bunch of pickles, thesandwich does not come with them on ever. My baconator fries cheese was not melted, and only had like 3 little pieces of bacon.The service was horrible as well, very rude and lazy. Read more

Definitely been to better Wendy's. Chose this because he wanted a place to sit down during a trip... except the dining room was... closed. Able to go through the drive-thru and place our order. Food was okay but it was correct. Would stop here again if wewanted Wendy's but would likely try a different restaurant if we pass through again. Read more

Why do I continue to come here? Literally every time I'm here it's a 30 minute wait in the drive thru. No matter how clearly or... loudly you talk they can never hear you. You have to repeat yourself, sometimes twice. Would give a 1 star but thankfully thefood is actually good when you finally get it. Update: just left after 30 minutes because I still never got my food. Read more

The gentleman at the front taking orders today had an amazing demeanor and gave excellent customer service. I was just in 30... minutes ago placing an order with immediate and extended family and was greeted promptly after he assisted expediting to anotherpatron. He was friendly and patient and gave good recommendations and assisted by also telling us how to better save out moneyby ordering differently. My husband and I were so impressed I got on Google to ensure we left a review. The food was fresh andit was busy. I'm not sure about the other reviews...maybe it depends on the staff and where you do the ordering. We went inside,not the drive-thru. Just a side note the restrooms were clean too. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 2:45. There were 3 vehicles in front of us. When we finally got to order, the menu was missing.... So I decided to get the "new" big bacon cheddar chicken sandwich that was advertised on the speaker screen. The person takingour order said they no longer have that sandwich. Really? Then why are you still advertising it? So I ordered a cheeseburger anda drink. The total she gave us seemed a bit high for what I ordered, but I couldn't check because there was no menu!Approximately 15 minutes later, we still haven't reached the window to get our food. The truck in front of us hasn't moved on atleast 10 minutes. They are now going through the foot long receipt item by item. We gave up and left the line. I feel bad formessing up the orders for people behind us, but no one should sit in a drive thru line for 30 minutes when there are only 3 carsin front of you. I don't know what's going on there today but it's not worth the hassle. Read more

The girl working the drive-thru (with the arm tattoos) really needs to find a new line of work that doesn?t involve working with... people. She sounds annoyed the moment you pull up and when you get to the window she doesn?t say a word when taking payment orhanding you things back. The whole experience makes you feel awkward and unwelcome. Read more
