Ordered 2 Farmer Wraps and Coffee, when I got home both Wraps had no sauce on them they were very dry.

Nobody wears a mask, they don't care about their customers and they're very slow. We ordered a simple cold brew and 6 assorted... donuts before leaving the house hoping to save some time. They didn't even see the order though and let us stand there for 3drive thru orders before even acknowledging us. Taking 10 minutes to grab some coffee and donuts is crazy. Their selection isvery small, thankfully we didn't order the specialty donuts we were going to because they didn't have them or 75% of the otherdonuts on the menu. This is the second time we've gone here and have been disappointed and we won't be giving them anotherchance. Read more

Staff doesn't know the difference between timbits that is sugar coated and glazed donuts. I order 10 tidbits none with sugar... coating. She kept saying I can only give you old fashion, that's the only kind we have that isn't glazed. I said glazed is fine,none that have sugar coated. I get 4 plain old fashion, 4 old fashion with chunks of sugar soating and 2 honey dip. Read more

Decent iced capps but thats it, she gave us hash browns thrown into the bag on top of other wrappers and covered it with napkins... hoping we wouldn't see it. When we questioned her she said they do that sometimes and we can get sleeves, no thanks I don'tneed more hands on the food again and to make matters worse it was hard as a rock and went straight in the garbage. Won't bebuying food at this location again. Read more

For reasons I'll blame on the price of... gas, I could not drive to Tim Hortons but I wanted to get a cup of coffee. When I got there, the front doors were locked. Theywere still serving the drive through so I just decided to walk through. Instead of getting some service and a coffee, theycalled the police. Now I know what it is like to work in food. I used to work at a pizza place in New Minas. Never once did Icall the POLICE on a customer, especially with zero communication between me and them first. I will never go back to this Tims. Read more

I realize it's a pandemic, but the amount of times I've gone in to basically no variety in available pastries has become a... little tiresome. Still, good, cheap food (except the cinnamon buns - those suck), good service, friendly atmosphere. That's allthat really matters, right? Read more
