I'm a fan. Had a rueben for lunch. It was solid. I also really like the French dip and the chicken sandwiches. And their cherry... turnovers... those are superb. I really like those. Had the burger on my next trip. It was pretty good. Read more

I ordered a beef & cheddar, curly fries & a coke?medium. The only thing that was right was THE COKE. I asked that my sandwich... have no red sauce, IT HAD RED SAUCE ON IT. There was only about 5 slices of meat & one of those pieces I didn?t eat because ithad RED SAUCE ON IT. So I had the top bun, 4 slices of meat & cheddar sauce. The curly fries were half cooked & unappetizing.Who ever was working this evening needs to be retrained or get enough rest so you?re not half doing your job!! Really Arby's!! You give us burnt roast beef sandwiches!! Cold fries!! I'm shocked at this!!
Usually pretty good, but this is unacceptable. The cheese goes on the sandwich, not the wrapper.
I got lunch here today and was very disappointed!! I ordered an Arbys melt and small fries at the drive thru. When I got a mile... down the road I realized I did not get an Arbys melt, I got old fries and a roast beef with lettuce & Arbys sauce... So I turnedaround, went inside to get the sandwich I ordered, and still got an incorrect sandwich!! Again it had lettuce on the new Arbysmelt!! The guy taking orders was great & told the guy in back what goes on an Arbys melt, and he still got it wrong. At leastthe replacement fries were hot.... Again the staff member taking orders was great, he got a new sandwich coming quick and wasfriendly & nice. He was doing a great job keeping up with the window and counter, wish he had better support staff. Read more
