I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it had so much sauce in it, barely any lettuce, and so many onions it was inedible. I just... took out the whole chicken tenders( that should really be cut up) and ate those by themselves because it really had quite a bitof sauce. My son got a slider kids meal and his sandwich was cold. He only ate the fries. Overall, I spent about 20 bucks andbarely ate any of it. Not the best experience I've had at all Arby's. Read more

The service was not at all prompt. Not necessarily the staffs fault, just lack of team members. Which of course means new... unteained people, a poorly maintained environment, and the food wasnt the same as other abrys. Stopped there at 5 pm and wanted to go thru the drive thru waited a couple minutes and someone came over the speaker and very... rudely said WE ARE CLOSED. No explanation onto what the reason was. According to their sign they were supposed to be open 10 amto 10 pm. This was the second time within a week that the same rude person said WE are Closed. On previous occasions went todine in along with other customers going to the door and it was locked without a posting that the dining room was closed. Andagain according to the sign dining room was open. I WILL NOT be going back to that Arby's. If I could have given a negativenumber I would have. Read more
They have the meats, but then I had the meats. The exchange went smoothly. Also the nuggets were great.
