Pleasant staff, but 10+ minutes to get coffee and bagel really not acceptable. Had 4 folks working, but very inefficient.... Heading back to Starbucks for next meeting. Read more

Used to be my favorite location because it's near my work. Grab coffee on the way in. But prices are going up and quality is... going down. Wanted to try a pumpkin spice latte. Used my coupon for a $3 latte. Pretty sure they forgot to add the pumpkinspice. My husband agreed, said it tasted like a heavy cream coffee. That's not the first time either. I've gotten attitude fromsome of the workers when they make a drink wrong (like asking for no whip and getting whip). Also, the whip is different now.It's very oily. I had to reheat my coffee and the whip didn't melt, it turned into chunks of white floating in my cup. I dumpedit. Such a waste. Read more

So this one?s right by my house and I was getting coffee today. But it took 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich.... When she handed me my coffees I was like oh I asked for this one frozen so then it took another 5 minutes. So 25 minutes alltogether to get some coffee. Everyone in line was upset and I just plan on going to another biggby but lately this stores beenstruggling. Takes too long to get coffee and their short staffed a lot. I absolutely love biggby! The only reason I gave this particular Big b A three-star rating, is because of their drive-thru! It... sucks! And also the biggby is pushed in the back of the parking lot it should be up front so that you can see it! I've been bythere hundreds of times and never knew it was there! I Google searched biggby in the area I was in that day. Read more

This Biggby has certainly gone down hill but the one thing that really irritated me is that I waited in a long line - finally... got to the speaker to place my order, the girl handling the drive thru line greeted me and said I will be right with you. Atthe same time, a car who was two cars behind me in the drive through pulled out of line and went inside to place an order. Soeven though the girl greeted me and said she would be right with me so I could order my 1 black coffee....decided it would bebetter to help the 4 ppl who just walked in the door after I was asked to wait a minute. This is not the first time somethinglike this happened and I have been very patient knowing that everyone is short staffed but to be greeted and then wait onsomeone who was literally just walking in the door is ridiculous. Safe yourself the hassle, their are better coffee shopsacross this town. Starbucks and Tim Hortons being some of them! Read more

I ordered food from DoorDash like I normally do and they canceled my order I asked them why when I called they said that it was... DoorDash?s problem DoorDash referred me that it was them that canceled the order she went to go explain it to a superior orcoworker and didn?t put me on mute so I heard the whole conversation about me their names are Angelina and Renee they told me Iwasn?t allowed to speak to a manager and that they?re sorry but I could come pick up the order but that?s why I use door Dashbecause I?m at work.
