Wonderful staff and fast service. Got a free chocolate pie, even though I'd not noticed I got a double instead of my ordered... triple whopper, by mistake. Was even offered the sandwich free. So nice of the manager to try put it right, whether the customercomplained or (in my case) not. Clean interior and restroom, smooth drive-through and even table service. Food was served hotand fresh. Wifi is fast and I could take a lunch meeting call there without disturbance. Would definitely repeat. :-) Read more
BK app says dine-in is available. Google Maps says dine-in is available. Workers behind locked doors say dine-in is NOT... available. I had already placed mobile order for dine-in so I had no choice but to eat in my car and of course spilled ketchupon my work clothes. At least the royal spicy chicken sandwich was good. Read more
Waited 14 minutes to order when I was the second car in line, 3rd to arrive (2 lanes open). Then spent another 7 minutes at the... window to get my cold burger and luke warm fries. Watched the servers at the window standing around. What they were waiting for.I have no idea. Next time I'm in Plainwell, I'll choose a real fast food restaurant. Read more

I ordered an eggnormous burrito and was given a bag with the bizarre order of 2 hash browns and 3 maple syrups. I think this may... be the new Taco Bell on Michigan. Read more
It's a Burger King. What do you expect? When they are on point, the food is great. Nothing beats a fresh, well made... Whopper. When they aren't on point, the food is gross and leaves you feeling like there is no point in being alive. Luckily,this location is usually more on point than off. Read more
