Used to come here 1-2 times a week before covid. We stopped getting takeout from anywhere for a solid 12-18 months and ever... since we started eating here again?something in our order is either wrong or we get short changed. There is no consistencywhatsoever. It?s even more frustrating now that their prices are approaching $10 a bowl. We gave them another try last night andit was the worst yet. I will never eat here again. Look at the pic. The only difference between these 2 bowls is a scoop ofcorn salsa. How can they be so drastically different!! The bowl on the left is literally empty. This is a great chipotle. All the employees are attentive and hardworking. Line moves fast. My buddy dropped part of his bowl... and employees came right over to let him know they would clean it up and get him a small cup of steak as replacement. I askedfor a lid after not finishing my bowl and the employee offered a bag as well. Just not work ethic you see anymore. Love it! Read more
I've gotten the entirely wrong order the past three times I've ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but a mistake isn't a... mistake when it's this consistent. Two of the three mistakes I was given meat entrees when I had ordered vegan dishes. I'mbeyond frustrated. Read more
I never do these reviews but this was seriously disgusting. I found a long brown hair in my burrito!! I was half way threw... eating it when I bit into it and pulled out a long strand of hair within the rest of the burrito. SO DISGUSTING!! I immediatelythrew it away. Wow. Chipotle has gone down hill. So disappointed. I used to count on them for consistency and care in their food. As I am... sick, I ordered delivery. I ordered the new plant-based chorizo with beans and rice. Wish I could review the chorizo but itdoesn?t seem I got any?or any beans?I?ve counted 4 pintos thus far in eating this mess. In fact, I had to mix everything upbecause I couldn?t see any chorizo when I opened the package. Just a lot of cheese and sour cream?salsa, yes, rice?ya(surprisingly even that seems skimped on compared to the past)? I guess I can look forward to making my own burrito bowls athome. Chipotle... You always know what you're going to get when you go to Chipotle. I'm not talking what to actually order. I'm saying... you know you're going to get a bowl with all the ingredients sloppily thrown into that bowl. Ask for light sour cream and Ithink it turns into a challenge to see how much sour cream they can get onto that large spoon. Like they took it personally foronly wanting a little sour cream. Usually, the staff looks at you like they're mad you're there. This location is better andthey only look slightly miffed that you're interrupting them while they grill. Used to eat pretty regularly for years but last one year quality has hit rock bottom. Food is never up to mark. I am a... vegetarian and most of the times they don't have veggies. Today take out order, turned out super watery(almost like thick soap),once order was extremely spicy, once the quantity was very less, every time there is some problem with pick up orders. Otherlocation on Alpine Av is fatalistic, started going there, though it is far for me. I am just stupid to keep trying at same spotagain and again, and get disappointed again and again.
