Great experience at Jimmy John?s tonight. On the way home from work I was craving a giant Vito. I happen to pass by this... location every day on the way home from work, but I never think to stop. I swung in and was greeted by a spotless restaurant.The staff all seemed to be working together as a team and the wait for the sandwich wasn?t long at all, maybe 5 minutes tops.After the friendly and professional representative/sandwich master got me checked out I headed home to find a beautiful, fresh,delicious Vito in my wrapper. Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars. I'm 1 mile down the road, just getting my order 45 minutes after receiving the... confirmation. Even called and spoke with the manager on staff but apparently, customer service isn't an issue. Considering mysandwiches are wrong or sloppy more often than not, and there are hundreds of other options, I'd say I'm done with this JimmyJohns. Oh, and did I mention this was after a $4.20 tip on a $6 sandwich..... That's why you don't tip untilAFTER.... **UPDATE- this is NOT a one time thing. Here I am ordering again and am once again left waiting. I agree with otherreviews, if you can't handle "freaky fast" deliveries, let your customers know!! This store seems to be struggling right now. It took all of my lunch break at work to have my food delivered. I work at a... logistics company, I understand short staffing and issues like that. The driver didn't call me when my food arrived and hedidn't go to the designated area. As a result I didn't have the best experience. Hopefully, next time will be better. Read more
