Great experience at Jimmy John?s tonight. On the way home from work I was craving a giant Vito. I happen to pass by this... location every day on the way home from work, but I never think to stop. I swung in and was greeted by a spotless restaurant.The staff all seemed to be working together as a team and the wait for the sandwich wasn?t long at all, maybe 5 minutes tops.After the friendly and professional representative/sandwich master got me checked out I headed home to find a beautiful, fresh,delicious Vito in my wrapper. I tossed down half and I?ll take the other half to work tomorrow for lunch. Good job. Keep up thegreat work work. Read more
The employees are really kind and I?ve never had an issue with an order! I know y?all are trying your best, and hopefully others... are understanding of that. Also, the people complaining about long delivery times during rush hour should probably rethink thatone! Read more
Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars. I'm 1 mile down the road, just getting my order 45 minutes after receiving the... confirmation. Even called and spoke with the manager on staff but apparently, customer service isn't an issue. Considering mysandwiches are wrong or sloppy more often than not, and there are hundreds of other options, I'd say I'm done with this JimmyJohns. Oh, and did I mention this was after a $4.20 tip on a $6 sandwich..... That's why you don't tip untilAFTER.... **UPDATE- this is NOT a one time thing. Here I am ordering again and am once again left waiting. I agree with otherreviews, if you can't handle "freaky fast" deliveries, let your customers know!! This store seems to be struggling right now. It took all of my lunch break at work to have my food delivered. I work at a... logistics company, I understand short staffing and issues like that. The driver didn't call me when my food arrived and hedidn't go to the designated area. As a result I didn't have the best experience. Hopefully, next time will be better. Read more
I understand they are short staffed, but a hour and 10 minutes to get a sandwich is a long time. I called twice and was told... they were on their way but they only had two drivers, and that my driver had 20 deliveries! I'm thinking maybe deliveryshouldn't have been an option today OR maybe an online notice stating it would take longer than usual. Some people only get anhour for lunch.. and waiting for your food to come during the entire time is not cool. I know you are all trying your best, justthink it could have been handled a little better. Read more
The food was good. However, I placed an order for the 30-piece party pack (basically 10 whole sandwiches cut into thirds) almost... 24 hours prior for a work lunch at noon. The order arrived 40 minutes late, with only a little bit of mustard and mayo packetsfor the whole party pack. Definitely will not order here again for timely service. Read more
The people who left bad reviews probably only ordered once from here. I ordered Jimmy Johns 12 times in the month of February... and it was perfect every time. I did order last Friday during lunch(which anyone with a brain cell knows its peak rush hour) andit came in 40 minuets. I mean that's still really good considering they more than 1 stop!! Plus every other time I ordered theygave me free chips, drinks, cookies, etc. Just waiting on that free sandwich ;) Definitely recommend, the delivery drivers aresuper friendly! Read more
