I stop at this Panera frequently but this morning I was furious because all I ordered today and pretty much every time I stop... there is an Asiago Bagel sliced, not toasted with butter. It should take no more than a minute or two. There was no one ahead ofme or behind me when I rolled up. I sat at the window and watched the lady screw around with the coffee pots and take orders fortwo cars that pulled in while I sat there. I also witnessed two employees walk through the area and point at the window and saysomething to her as she continued to rotate the coffee pots and make new coffee. All the while, my bagel is sitting in a bagright next to the computer. I finally gave up and drove away because I was going to be late for work. This is not the first timesomething like this has happened but it was definitely the worst. I don?t have time to sit and wait. That is why I don?t orderdrinks because they take too long. I could?ve gone somewhere else but after that I didn?t have any extra time. Verydisappointed! Read more

The manager on duty on 9/26 at 6:24 is one of the kindest humans ever. His name is Tim. I manage 4 small restaurants and I would... hire this man in a heart beat. Give the man a raise please because he went above and beyond for us and I?ve never had a betterexperience. Panera I need you to understand if he is not making at least a 55k salary he should be. Got all the way to work and opened my sealed bag to find that I was given honey walnut cream cheese instead of the regular cream... cheese I ordered (that was clearly shown on the bag). I'm deathly allergic to nuts so I guess I'm not eating breakfast today.Thanks for not paying attention to the order. Read more

It's been quite a while since I've ordered from Panera Bread and today I had an urge for their Napa Valley chicken salad which I... have enjoyed countless times over the years. What a major disappointment! There was hardly any chicken salad on it at all, andevidently they're trying to hide this by adding an inch or more of Greens on top of it. Good food but disappointed that they stop serving breakfast at 11am. When I went in it was 11.10 and I know you have to cut... things off at some point but some flexibility would have been nice. This is probably reflected of the corporate rules ratherthan the store. However if the Governor, the Panera CEO or some other dignitaries had asked for breakfast at 11.10 am I bet anexception would have occurred. Am I grumpy? Perhaps.
