I stopped going because Covid made them prepay only where I used to live. I tried it last night and my old pizza was good...... more expensive, lol, inflation expensive, good. It was OK. The crust is the biggest variable here as it is a test of luck withmy stuffed pizza if the bottom crust really firm's up or dies off of too much sauce. It was good I liked it for 3 years sinceI've had it and I'll reheat it today like I used to and I think it will be good. It is an experience I will go back for. I wishI still had coupons. That's a thing that bugs me. So many coupons, at least physical ones seem gone. The product was good. Read more

I placed an order online, total due was $45.08. My husband went to pick it up, tried paying with a $50 bill and the worker said... they can't take any bill over $20. He didn't even want change, as that would have gone towards the tip. Nothing online says theycan't take any bill over $20. The worker told my husband that they had a sign hanging in the restaurant but it wasn't thereanymore. That wouldn't help us much, since we need to know that Before we get there, not when we are there, cash in hand, topick up the order. My husband had to drive all the way back home for smaller bills, then all the way back to the restaurant. Hepicked up the order that the worker gave him and came home. I asked him where the pop is. He said they didn't give him a pop. Ichecked the receipt and sure enough we were charged for it. I called the restaurant and the worker said that was their bad andwe can go back up there and pick it up. I asked if it could be delivered since we already made an extra trip that we shouldn'thave had to make. He said no. He offered no other resolution or even an actual apology, just that it was "their bad." I askedfor the name of their manager, he gave me her name, but she was not there and wouldn't be until the next morning. This placedoesn't seem to care much about their customers. The pizza is good. I was not sure if I should give only one star because theproduct is not bad at all but I really believe the way a company treats its customers is very important. Read more

The take and bake concept is wonderful. Cooking the pizza at home is vastly preferable to getting a cold or mangled pizza... through delivery. Only if Papa Murphy?s would deliver ?. Staff at this store is attentive, friendly, and helpful. I enjoy mygluten free pizzas and the turn out well. My wife gets a regular crust pizza and has recently struggled to get the bake to turnout right. She says she is willing to give it one more try. Read more

Papa Murphy's makes fantastic pizza. So incredibly delicious. You take it home, pop it in your oven at 425° for about 15... minutes and you have, hot, fresh, scrumptious pizza. The people who work there are amazing, friendly, and very efficient inmaking that pizza just the way you want it. I highly recommend it ???? Read more
