Delivery driver likes to drive around on company time and with our food it don't take no half hour for a pizza to be delivered... to us and it's only a 3 minute drive I wouldn't recommendthis place. Read more

I was VERY pleased with my most recent order. We have very different ideas about pizza so taking advantage of the two pizza deal... was nice. We also enjoyed each other's pizza! Delivery was faster than estimated and presentation was great. I'll take picturesnext time I order. Read more

Ridiculous. In addition to being out of almost every fountain beverage, we ordered a traditional pan pizza and what comes out?... thin crust. This was after reiterating to the cashier pan 3x times. This was him as we walked in and through our meal? if Icould give a zero, I would have. Read more

Never received my order. Estimated 30 min delivery took over an hour and a half and then it was someone elses pizza. Returned it... to the driver immediately. It took so long to get the first one and he was the only driver that I just asked to be refundedinstead of waiting for him to return to the store and ask them to remake my order and then try to redeliver it. I asked thedriver to call to see if they could reverse the charge on my CC so he put the call on speaker phone, the lady was nice andapologized and said they would mail me a coupon (manager possibly?) I looked today (the following day) and the charge is stillpending on my credit card. Hoping it gets reversed soon so I don't have to call and deal with that on top of it. In fairness,they did call me and say the delivery was going to be 10 min late BUT when I called the store to ask where the delivery was(ordered on app), since it was over an hour late not 10 min, the person I spoke to sounded annoyed to talk to me and told methat she didn't know when it would be delivered because they don't have trackers on their delivery people. Didn't give me muchconfidence and made me not want to have them remake my order that they delivered it to someone else in fear they would be upsetof having to do so and mess with the food... thats the vibe I got. I ordered a Large pizza and cheese breadsticks on the app. When I came in the store they were late in getting me my food. Then... I?m told that they messed up and made me a medium pizza but would refund me. Then tried to charge me for the medium pizza andbreadsticks. The difference was little over two dollars. I asked the cashier what sense does that make to pay only $2 less for asmaller pizza. He responded that?s because you ordered the large pizza off the coupon. They wasted my time, and made The wrongorder. He could have at least given me half off for the inconvenience. Not going back to this store due to poor customerservice. Read more
