I went there with my wife and son last night, that being veterans day evening. I have no complaints about the food, it did take... a while but I'm a cook myself so I know they were getting whooped on, but it's another thing to show it out in the dining area,a cook specifically doing chicken and mashed potatoes had a horrible attitude, slamming doors open and closed, slamming productin the buffet, making it look like complete garbage, almost burning someone with a hot pan for rolls, I was trying to enjoy mydinner but I just couldn't with all the slamming, I almost said something. I?ve been here multiple times and they always have a ton of variety and pizzas out in the buffet. If you want to see a specific... pizza out they?re more than happy to make it and let you get first dibs before they put it out for everyone else. They alsousually have atleast 2-3 desserts out too which are always super good. We go for lunch usually because the lunch buffet is a bitcheaper than the dinner buffet. Read more
Disappointing. Since the name of the restaurant has "Pizza" in it you'd think there would be plenty of pizza available to choose... from. We spent about an hour there and if there was any pizza it was old and Luke warm at best. For the price I expected more.Also, the coke was colored seltzer water with no flavor. Read more
Pizza ranch in Nebraska is awesome.. not so much at this location. Ice cream machine out of service, only 1 type of dessert... pizza, drinks tasted like they had chlorine in them. They also decided to set everyone in the same small section I suspect dueto not wanting to have to clean the others... Food was really slow to come out on the buffet. Won't be going back to thislocation, not worth it for the price. Read more
I didn't mind it but they was a couple of issues. The price was 16.99 a person which could have been the cost of a large pizza... and leftovers for next couple days. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was broken. The food was okay nothing special writehome about. The staff was wonderful and very nice. They kept it stocked full of food and nothing ran. If the price wasn't soexpensive I would return to eat there again. Read more
The customer service is exceptional. Staff are willing to make pizzas that aren?t already displayed with the rest of their... delicious options. The price is great for how much scrumptious variety you can enjoy in the buffet style dine in experience. Read more
The Kentwood Pizza Ranch has been a favorite food spot for a few years. Yesterday was our first visit back since the pandemic.... The food was close to what we remembered. The only bummer was that we arrived right at store opening and though we stayed for 45minutes we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy any dessert pizza. What we did experience was 3 staff members shouldering a tonof work. They were all friendly and approachable, but if you're looking for work please go help them out! Read more
