Food was typical for Red Lobster. Some things were done well, and others I could have left. My drink was delicious! Our waitress... was attentive if not very friendly. She did get my daughter (6) extra orange wedges upon her request though. Lighting in thebathroom was really terrible. Too dim and not well-placed. It was clean though. I was happy with the options on the kids menu asboth my children enjoy a variety of foods. Our 9 year old had the founder and I shared my lobster with him. The founder wasperfectly delicious and I think I ate more of his meal than the Ultimate feast that hubby and I split! Read more

Today was our first time out in awhile. We enjoyed every minute of our late lunch and our meal was delicious!! Mandy was our... waitress and she was absolutely wonderful!!! We haven't had service like that in a longggggg time! Thank you so much Mandy, andthank you to the sweet boss lady that sat us, we will be back very soon and hope to see you two ladies! We have dined at this location for nearly 40 years, and I have to admit last evening was the pits. From service to food quality... and preparedness our experience questions if we will ever dine at Red Lobster again. The manager did credit one dinner becauseof quality issues. However there are much better choices out there. Save your money and go elsewhere. I would have given ano star rating, but that wasn't an option. Read more

The service here was great. I do think the food was good but would prefer the Grandville location. For some reason the food was... better over there. I ordered the snow crab legs. They come with 2 sides and of course those lovely cheddar bay biscuits Read more

This is so disappointing!!! First time in 30 years for me to be dissatisfied. Empty hand sanitizer stations right when you walk... in. Seated immediately but service was very slow for 3 in the afternoon. Soup was warm but far from hot. Finally got biscuitsafter our meal was served and asking for them. (That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars, much smaller but still bestthing) crab was fishy, scampi was not like any scampi I’ve ever got here before, essentially over cooked shrimp in a bowl ofluke warm butter, not baked off as I remember. Broccoli was brown and mush. There was a woman bringing food out of the kitchenwith her mask around her chin, I’m not a mask wearer but looked pretty bad. Read more

I just read a review from another person and they said they were surprised how much they liked Red Lobster. I have to say that I... am on that same boat. I initially was not looking forward to this visit but a family member wanted some seafood and they knewthey wanted a dish from Red Lobster. The atmosphere has improved and is a bit nicer than before. The staff was very friendlyand our waitress was very pleasant and personable. The lobster linguine was loaded with large lobster pieces to include almostan entire claw. I dare say it might be more Lobster than if you ordered a while lobster. The creamy sauce was good andplentiful. It was $25 and in my opinion worth it. The sesame soy salmon bowl was amazing. It is what really changed my opinionon what I thought about Red Lobster. The salmon was cooked well and was a nice portion size. The baked brussel sprouts with thesoy ginger glaze was fire. The rice and spring mix were a nice compliment to the dish. The edamame was just a nice portion tochange the texture of the dish. Definitely a repeat. If you haven’t been to Red Lobster in a while like me, I would say youneed to give it another try. Read more
