I had made an online order for my staff of 45 for a Friday in October. There was miscommunication with my order from ezcaterer... and subway and my order couldn?t be processed. Talking to Laura who is the manager there, she was able to come up with a gameplan to fulfill my order for Monday. Being short staffed she came in early and built my order of subs, cookies and chips all byherself. Laura I want to thank you again for your hospitality, great food and going above and beyond. Never order online at this location, multiple times now I have ordered only to find the store is locked up in the middle of the... day, have yet to hear anything back, or receive a refund. Read more

Fast food just isn?t fast anymore purpose of subway is to get the bread and slide it down to the next worker having one person... handle the sub while having other employees stand around is just lazy help your coworkers! Read more

I worked in the food service industry for 6 years, 1 of those years being at this subway. I have a lot of patience for those... that also work in the industry but today pushed me to the edge. I walked in to this store and 1 person was making sandwiches forthe 5 of us in line. Okay, maybe it?s just a manager and a worker on and the manager is busy. Nope, the other worker and managerwere hiding in the back. Finally the other worker came to help, but instead of helping me with my order he starts a mobileorder. Okay sure that might get priority, they might be behind. As he finishes those orders, the manager starts my sub and getsit toasting. It gets pulled from the oven and set down. The other worker is still finishing the mobile orders with veggies sothe manager grabs the sub of the lady behind me and puts veggies on it. Okay, maybe she thought that the other worker would getmine. The manager rings out the lady behind me first and walks around talking about how dirty the place is. I?m standing at theregister with my sub in hand waiting to pay. They make the next 2 sandwiches before someone finally rings me out. In total I wasin this subway for 35 minutes and received some of the worst service ever. Truly the worst subway of them all. Read more

Went inside and stood there for about 10 mins. Nobody said a word to me. Nobody came to help me. There were two people working... on the ONE drive thru order and then two other workers left as I was standing there. I was the only one in line as well so notbusy by ANY MEANS. Horrible customer service!! Read more

The sub was fine, but the help was terrible. The cashier that waited on me was super rude, slamming things around and very... abrupt with her questions and answers. They were out of many of the veggies, including black olives & banana peppers. That girlneeds to learn how to smile and talk to people or lose the job. Read more

Not typically one to leave reviews, however I will for this since it was my first experience going through a subway drive... through.....and at a gas station. Very friendly staff and the Sub did not disappoint either. Fresh tasting and the softestbread I think I've ever had at a subway too. Keep up the great work! Read more

Received some terrible service here. First, when asked about the online order, the girl cashier pointed at a rack, said "over... there" and walked straight to the back without saying anything else. I had to wait for another person to come and correct myorder since the cookies and drink were not there. I wanted my sub toasted with Italian Herbs and cheese bread, neither of whichwere fulfilled. The place was not even busy, how was it messed up this bad...? Read more
