I placed orders twice this week and they are 0 for 2 on getting things right. The first time was an order for 3 people and there... was only 1 order of fries instead of 2. Unorganized Kaos, waited patiently to have our order taken, finally left when cashier past us 2 or 3 times without a word like... "I'll be right with you." Restrooms were filthy with used surgical gloves in them. We left. Scary. Read more
Had an employee take car keys outside and he was wearing gloves, came back in with the same gloves and put the keys on the... counter and dropped something on the floor and with the same gloves he started filling the ice so I told him he needed to washhis hands and put new gloves on and was going to wait but I told him he needed to do it know. No other employees or managerwould not say anything to him. He thought it was funny when I told him he needed to do that. I would not want some employeehandling my food or drinks. Read more
Even though it says this Wendy's is available for dine in, I've come here at least five times in the past year, and the dine in... is never open - not once - only drive-thru. I recommend the management remove dine in from their Google map posting. The signin front also says open, however it is only open for drive-thru. Read more
Staffing is definitely an issue here and I felt sorry for the guy taking my order because you could tell he was under pressure.... They might want to look into that day labor app for restaurants that allows them to hire temp workers for restaurants. I do wantto say that food was great as usual and my order was correct. Read more
If you like BBQ sauce, do not go to this Wendy's! These workers are absolute HOARDERS because I know darn well they be stocking... up on that BBQ sauce. I'm almost always asked if I want sauce with my chicken nuggies, and I will reply with "BBQ sauce pleasemy good sir/lady". You would think being as kind as possible would help with getting an order right, but it seems to only makethings worse. The only time I do get BBQ sauce is when I don't ask for it. Weird how that works. Anyway, give me my sauceplease. I pay absurd amounts of hard earned cash money just to get dry nuggets. Thank you, and I will consider editing/updatingmy review. Read more
Best Wendy?s Location!!! Since COVID-19 this location has struggled to keep staffed up but the employees they have always been... friendly and doing everything they can. Our most recent drive thru visit was the best it has been! They rep taking the orderanswered questions and provided information needed to make the best choice. They had both windows open for payment and foodpick up, both attendants actually greeted me which doesn?t happen at most places. Read more
Don?t mind coming here if I have more than 25 minutes to wait in line. They are very slow to take orders and don?t seem to care... about getting people through the line. Always short you on your order or they mess it up in some way. I?ve come here a handfulof times since I work right up the road but always regret it. Read more
