Never has bread after 6. There hasn't been one day out of the entire week that they have bread after 6 other then the weekend.
Food's the same as it is at every other Subway location but the service is poor. The staff are never friendly and they all give... the sense that they're annoyed the second you walk in the door. It's honestly not worth going to if you have other options.There are other restaurants in Kenyon that are far better. Read more
My family has been so impressed with the new management and subs at this location since they reopened! Always kind and fast... workers and the sandwiches have been fantastic. Highly recommend the Kenyon subway and staff! Read more
Went in at peak hours and the staff was able to pump out the orders in an efficient way, I didn't have to wait long at all and... my subs were made beautifully as always. I'm so happy they're back open as i eat subs all the time!! Great job! Read more
Everyone is very nice and the food is very fresh store clean and it smells really good in there. Would definitely recommend
First time I?ve been back here since they reopened after all the employees literally walked out. This Subway is consistently... bad, but this was THE WORST experience I?ve had to date. Bread was extremely over cooked, soda was just carbonation with noflavor, cookies were doughy as hell. Had one person working at 6 pm, who was kind, but clearly not trained well if at all.Dropped my cheese on the counter and put it back on my sandwich. $30 I?ll never get back smh. Read more
Stopped in this evening. Workers had their kids running around behind where they prepare food. Staff shut the lights off 25... minutes before due to close. Told customers ahead of us out of cheese and bacon and then shouted to the rest of us they onlyhave two 12 inch sub bread left and we are out of luck. Walked out with no food and poor customer service. Read more
the sandwich was over toasted so it was tough to eat, I ask for mayo and did not get any. I was not impressed.
