Was visiting from Omaha, NE and ordered the turkey with swiss sandwich without onions. While paying at the window, I double... checked on the onions. $18.00 for three beef n cheddars, I expect the order to be correct and employees to be knowledgeable about the menu. I don't eat... here often so I ordered one beef n cheddar with Arby's sauce, two without. Employee tells me they don't come with sauce, I haveto ask for it at window. Well once I dropped food off to my hubs at work...there is sauce on them¡!!!! Luckily he didn't tellme until I was home, 30min away or I would have returned them. I ordered a new five piece fish dinner the pieces were really small soggy it wasn't worth $11 or more no tartar sauce until... tonight which I understand they run out I think they need to tell people that the manager said she was sorry which I'm sure shewas it wasn't hurtful but they need to tell people it is a waste of $11 the fish is very poor I threw it away and I had to goback up and order something else to eat their fish sandwich however is really delicious it's crispy and flaky I wish they hadthat one all the time too bad it can't be more like Culver's they got a really good fish dinner the pieces are big crispy andflaky in the inside and come with two sides and a dinner roll for $11 and something very disappointed in the day and paid outway too much money harder money. It's a rather new Arby's so you can tell they are still working the kinks out. It's really clean. The food continues to improve... each time I visit. A little communication difficulties with store manager and shift manager from what I could tell. That shouldnot be apparent to me or any other patrons. My service was very pleasant otherwise. On June 9th I ordered 2 classic roast beef with Mac and cheese and a large unsweetened tea... I got home and I had one classic... roast beef and mac and cheese.... called Arby's and they said my next visit they would make it right but after a couple bites ofmac and cheese ???? done with that and everything went into the trash... I don't want any thing else from Arby's in Keokuk Iowalol... and missing the sandwich is OK it would have been thrown out anyway... Read more
