I go to caseys for alot . Never complained but just now I ordered 2 subs. Both were fantastic until I found the hair in each... one . Come on people that is disgusting not one sub but both . I don't think I will be doing food there any more Read more
Very good customer service except for a morning cashier, bought 4 coffees, didn't ask me if I needed a car carrier, ended up... spilling 2 of them on the counter and even charged me for two more to replace the one's that I spilled.. wasn't friendly at ALL. OTHERWISE EVERYONE ELSE WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY. Read more
This Casey's usually isn't as busy as the one across the bridge but at the same time, It's not as busy for a reason. The place... is usually dirty and the employee's literally look like they'd rather be anywhere else and they hate their jobs. They Usuallyhave slushies and things that I crave though so I have to give them that. Location is convenient! Will return! Read more
1st right back after living in Kentucky for 14 years , my sister ordered a large mushroom pizza. It was a big disappointment .... The crust was raw and inedible. The toppings were great so it wasn't a total waste. The next pizza we ordered was excellent.Casey's has the best taco pizza. Will be ordering one again. Going to try the subs and donuts too Read more
Great gas prices but the folks at this particular location aren't adept at working the computer system/cash registers. Our... family has been traveling around the midwest and have started frequenting the Casey's gas-stops. Every one of them has beenoutstanding...until we ventured into this location today. Took me an untoward amount of minutes to get a receipt for the the gasI pumped, and this was after I pre-paid for the gas and it was assigned to the wrong pump. Don't get me wrong - the peopleworking there are kind enough. But we all got a little contentious back/forth because of how frustrating their system was togive me a receipt for the gas I purchased. I pre-paid, but needed an exact receipt for taxes and other reasons. Don't know why"this" particular station couldn't figure it out when we've been doing the same thing for the past week across the midwest atother Casey's. They did take my suggestion to call another manager who was on-break/not on the property and she walked the poorsouls through it that were having so much trouble - bless their hearts! We'll continue to frequent Casey's while we're travelingthis summer. Read more
