Every Tuesday I order for my grandson at school #3 plain large. Thats a double cheeseburger, nothing on it. I either get 1... burger on the double, or 2 singles which he can make into a double. They just can't get it right. Read more
Extremely rude window workers. Pick up window always has loud obnoxious things going in between employees. 7 times out of 10... your order is wrong and if you correct them or let them know alot of the workers are just rude about it. They require that ifyou get 3 or more drinks YOU HAVE to take a drink carrier and of course I'm allergic to the material used to make them so yayme. Read more
This place was clean and modern, plus the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the food tasted a little funky. I don?t know what... was wrong with it, but it definitely didn?t taste like any McDonalds breakfast I?ve had in the past. Something was definitelyoff. My dog didn?t seem to complain about it though! So my parents are out of town and they are ordering food for us (McDonald?s) they send me a picture of the code I walk in and... they say sorry we can?t if it?s not the phone you ordered on and to check she literally touched my phone to see and btw I?vewent there before with the code and all she asked if it was the phone I ordered it on I said yes she put it in the machine andit worked food was on the screen. So I go back to my house to get the phone and then I go back to McDonald?s I say I?m here I goinside get my food and I ask the same lady so since I have the phone that I ordered it on you can put in the code she says yepso why can?t she put the code in when I have a picture of it makes literally no sense. Had this 15 year old kid worker give my boyfriends and I's food to the wrong customer (a family with small children) and the... kids started pickin at the fries. We eventually got our food but it was the same food that got touched by the wrong people. Youwould think they would have to remake it. Nope. Not at all. Had to reorder everything. $1.19 for a cup of water? I went to the drive through to get a 20 Piece nuggets, fries and a cup of water for a member of my... family. After I pulled up I asked why I was charged $1.19 for a sweet tea. They said they had to charge us for a water andthat was the only way they could do this. Hu? I buy a significant amount of food and you charge me $1.19 for a cup of water? I have been at this mcdonalds many times and have never been charged for water. WHY? If you are charging for water pleasemake sure to put the price on your menu. Do you want me to go to Burger King or Wendy's next time? Please explain. Read more
