Went through the drive thru Tuesday September 20th around 9:30. Waited 10 minutes to have my order taken. The girl at the window... was extremely rude. Handed me my bag without saying anything and then she forgot my drinks. I get people have a bad day, but noneed to be so rude! Read more
As far as fast food Wendy's is my favorite but oh my the service in Keokuk is hopelessly slow. I'm sure that lack of ability to... hire enough people is probably part of the issue and the staff is usually friendly but there are so many bad decisions madeabout service that it's a wonder we keep going there at all. Last time more than one person left before being served because ofthe wait time. Someone needs to do an efficiency study of the organization of the staff who are waiting on people. First of alleach person has too many tasks. It is not very efficient to have the same person waiting on you also be the person who has toget the food and make change. It's crazy! Either people are not getting the right training or there's way too much turnover.Probably both. One has to wonder how McDonalds manages to do it very well and very efficiently. Better wages maybe or betterbenefits for workers?? Take a lesson Wendy's OWNERS before you totally lose all your customers here in Keokuk!! I'm blaming yourather than the Keokuk staff. Thank heavens your food is still better than McDonalds but face it, you are still a fast foodrestaurant and people don't go there because they want to sit down and spend a leisurely hour waiting and eating!! No complaints! Even though there were lots of customers and orders during the lunch rush, the employees were friendly and got... the food out in an appropriate amount of time. The tables, chairs, and condiment stations were clean. No sticky floors or trashcans either. When I got my food everything was there including the sauces, and there were no missing items. Read more

Today was about the fifth time ordering from this Wendy's in Keokuk IA, that they've gotten my order wrong. The last time I had... to call and was given a free replacement. Went through drive through and then they forgot the drinks. My son had to turn backaround and had to go inside to get our drinks. They gave us four total and the cup holder for large drinks was about to break.They should have reinforced by putting 2 trays together. The staff that we've dealt with act like it's a big problem for themto get the order's correct. The past two times I wanted a baked potato with my chili and they completely forgot to put them inour order. All it takes is to read the screen and check the bags to be sure everything is there. I won't be going back thereagain, and that's sad because I love Wendy's chili. But I just can't trust that I will get my order as I ordered it.
