Zero rating for customer service. Sat in the drive thru line for nearly 10 minutes waiting to get to the speaker to order (car... immediately in front of me had already ordered when I arrived). Tried to place order at 10:32 am and was told that breakfast wasover. Talked to 2 people and asked for name or manager?s name and was asked why (to make a complaint) and then said they didn?thave to tell me. Lots of excuses about being behind, etc. Way to go Kerman McDonalds- you?ve lost a customer for life. This is the slowest McDonald's ever. Both drive thru and inside service lines are so damn slow. The people could be nicer if... they are going to be so slow. Read more
It takes FOREVER to get through the line. Especially, at breakfast. Usually the time I get to the box to order, they are not... serving breakfast anymore. That's not because I did not get there in time. It seemed quicker when there was ONE line before thatreally nice lady retired. Why dont I remember her name at the moment? Supervisors ought to be more strict. I ordered 4 burgers,with a medium french fry one was literally unwrapped in the bag like... wow. And I got half the box empty of fries I finished in two minutes. Absolutely disappointed. Check your workers man Read more
I think they left my patty on the grill for too long? I?m disappointed, it?s the first meal I had after a long day so I had to... eat it ??????????? The worst part is that they forgot my bacon, the one thing I was looking forward to ñ, plus I had to go backand wait another 15 mins cause they forgot my nuggets. Se pasan. Food was fresh and fast. I did curbside pickup and the associate was friendly and spoke to me to ensure the accuracy of the... order. The area is a bit rough but taking that into consideration the restaurant looked clean from the outside. Read more
They didn't include any ketchup in the order, despite assuring us otherwise. It was a long line at the drive in, so we just... did without. Otherwise it was ok. The soda came cold as expected, the fries were warm and salted. Read more
Well, well! Too much to say but ill make it short. I dont knw how they hire so many people and they still get out of control.... The service is bad, the wait worst, the food worser honestly. I think the people or managers in charge need more training sothey can train there employees better. Mcdonalds is one of the most popular Restaurant in the world if u can say that. N thereone of the worse ones out of all of them. They need to improve in everything. Read more
