No AC in the building. Hard to enjoy your food when you watched the people making your food sweat all over it.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas online. Drove to the store. Checked in through the app for curbside pickup. When I got to the store,... the app said there was still 5 minutes until the order was ready. I waited the 5 minutes. The app said my order was ready. Ithen waited another 10 minutes and no one brought my pizzas to the car. I called the store and was told they were busy and thatis why no one had brought them out. I had been sitting in the parking lot seeing that they were not busy and employees werejust standing around talking to each other. I told the person who answered the phone this and my pizzas were then promptlydelivered. The pizzas were made to order and tasted good. The customer service was not good tonight and then lying to cover upthe poor customer service did not make the experience better. The food was good but the customer service could be better. Read more
