Really enjoy coming here. Had some rough experiences with some Sonics, so we had quit going to them for a bit. But this one,... altho a bit of time ordering in broken stalls, we call now, so good, & their food is delicious. Best we've had at Sonics.Service is good for the most part. ???? We'll continue to go. The booth where you order are almost ALL broken. Pull in and get ready to order to discover the menu and speaker are broken. Try... moving and finally realized 5 in a row are not functional. Read more
Probably THE most garbage sonic I have ever been to. Every time I go there, almost every stall is down. Even if they do say it... works, it doesn't. You would think they would get it fixed in a hurry to keep business, but they don't. How does this place evenfunction? Tons of reviews saying the same stuff and sonic replies, so they know, yet still do nothing. Place is a lost cause. Read more
Almost all of the stalls have not worked in over a year. The place looks like it has been through a war. The staff is friendly... but the equipment is junk. The only two working credit card readers now do not have working speakers. Please fix this place. Ihave made several calls to the 800 number i?ve sent emails I?ve sent pictures. This place is an embarrassment for sonic! Myreviews and pictures keep getting deleted. And you will see an apology from sonic right below my review but apologies is notfixing anything! Read more
I?ve probably been to over 100 sonics this has got to be the worst Kept property I have ever been to. Only 1 stall has a working... credit card reader only 5 had working speakers and only 2 of the 6 mentioned have working screens. Employees are super nicethough. They say they cannot get help from management. I will get an automated apology from sonic for this review but that?s notwhat I?m looking for I?m looking for someone to fix this place! It's really not that great! It'll cure a craving, but only part of the time, maybe. The atmosphere here is one of lingering... local flatulence from the contests being held right outside of town. The carhops are cute. They always have to go back to getsomething you need that they didnt bring, and they are great at counting with their free hand, but seriously, they are very kindand seem hard working. The problem here is either communicating the order to the cook, and or the cooking. Read more
I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. The owners should be ashamed. I can't even believe Sonic as a franchise... would allow this. I ate here once or twice years ago when it was actually a functioning drive drive up. The last 5-6 times I'vetried to give them another chance I end up leaving going across the street. This is an oilfield tien and this place could make alot of money. Completely ridiculous! Read more
