Water leaking from the roof literally raining on your food from the ceiling you need to he shut down its disgusting.
Pulled into the Drive-thru after another car was just leaving. Was 3 Girls standing where they take the orders, and said they... wasn't taking anymore orders for the night. So I pulled out and went to the Dollar Store next door, when I came out I seenpeople in the Drive-Thru. So I pulled in behind them, once I got up to the speaker the girl said on it that you were just here,and I replied yes I sure was, and she took my order. I know for people here in Kermit this is pretty much the only fast foodrestaurant they have, But I believe I'll go to Inez or Williamson with my Business for now on. Read more
This DQ is a great place to eat; the food is great and affordable and the staff work quickly and are really friendly. I... definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for some good food at an affordable price. Their ice cream anddesserts are also Awesome. Read more
Terrible - Hot Dog and Bun were so hot you could not eat it.... I would guarantee it came out of a Microwave... Chili Sauce... was very dark and over cooked.... Then the fries were cold and not cooked completely.... I now have indigestion should havetake it back instead of eating.... my fault... definitely not what I have come to expect from a Dairy Queen. Horrible service and very employees. Called to try to get the owner or district managers phone number and they refused. They let... us order something that apparently they didn't sell which was slew dogs(what DQ doesn't sell slaw dogs) and then refused to givea refund then treated us horribly. Read more
Been eating there 20 yrs.went there today with my family they didn't give us all of our order. We ask 3 times for our sasages... and hash browns for our breakfast they never brought it to us . bisquits was burnt hard as rock. I was so hungry wish the foodhad been fit to eat .like a refund I also put in complaint on website with my info. Last week I ordered number 1 with bacon theydidn't put it on it. Didn't say anything but today has made me speak out . $30.00 bucks refund would be fair for both mealsmake this right Kermit WV Dairy Queen. Read more
Food was good, people were nice, but the religious music playing over the speakers was a bit much. It was horrible. If I wanted... to hear bad music about god, I'd go to church...not Dairy Queen. If you're gonna go, I'd advise using the drive thru. Read more
