Amalfi's is not pretentious and seemed to be a good Italian restaurant. The place is very rustic and comfortable. We had the... sweetest server ever. She explained everything. Another server even came to the booth to see if we had been taken care of. Thebread that came out was very hard and our server quickly fetched a new basket of softer bread. I ordered the chicken cacciatorewith a salad with Greek dressing. The salad was the best. My entree was tasty but not quite up to an earlier standard. The sweettea was very good. Stopped by to get a to go order for a friend who had been sick. After we dropped off their food we came back to have supper... because we liked what we saw. Food was great. Garlic knots were excellent. Service was awesome. Nice quaint place to enjoy ameal. They are from Italy so it?s the real deal. Read more

Food was good service was excellent. Started with calamari. It was cooked perfectly! I had the hot Italian sub and it was so... good. My daughter had lasagna and she loved it. Fiance had a 12" pizza with Italian sausage mushrooms and onions which helived. Definitely will be back! Read more
First time we visited, food was excellent and the waitress service was, too! The second visit: My food was good, waitress was... excellent. My wife's meal: the chicken was not only tough, but tasted like it was going bad. Chef came out, he questioned mywife's opinion, like he didn't believe her. Now I know things can happen, and we would have come back, but because of thetreatment that we received, we decided not to come back. Good food alone does not a restaurant make. Read more
Came in for a work lunch and everything was delicious! Service was great, food came out at a good pace, and the Stromboli was... so wonderful! The bread they bring out with oil was the only 'meh' of the whole experience. Will be recommending in thefuture! Read more
