My family and I LOVE Barbs. So much that it was a once a week kinda gig until Saturday night. My daughter and I went in and... ordered 2 burrito bowls (one chicken, one steak) and went outside to enjoy the weather. The first thing I noticed was thattheir chips were not the same. Tasted like we went to Taco Bell instead. My daughter automatically said her steak tasted likepot roast instead of the normal. I tasted it and she was exactly right. When I spit mine out (because who orders mexican potroast?), i happened to spit out a piece of RAW meat. We started digging and tearing the remaining pieces open and yep....75% ofthem were all raw. I have ate here several times. The more I eat here, the worse it gets. I use to have it delivered but they couldn?t get my order... right. So, I started going in the last few times. I went in and ordered and they put very lil stuff on my wrap. The salsa wasvery salty and the chips had a lot of salt on them. We will not be going back. I would recommend not going here. Read more
My husband and I come to this location quite often today we were a little behind and came in 15 minutes before closing and had... such an amazing experience. Food is fine, typical Barberitos. However, 1 star for online ordering. Food was ready 25 min early, so it would have been cold... however I was there early and just planned to wait. Also, they piled the burritos on top of the chips in the same bag, so thechips were crushed. Read more
Short staffed and still got great service. They were out of ground turkey that I wanted and the manager made sure that I was... happy and taken care of as well as made sure they started to prepare more. She even offered a replacement taco once the meat wasprepared. Manager and one staff were handling a Saturday night rush on their own and still kept everything stocked up and clean.I?ll definitely be back after this experience! Read more
This is just like Chiplote but they give you chips here with your meal. Nothing special about service acted as is if I was a... bother to her taking the order probably would not go again to this location. We spent 32 dollars on one steak quesadilla, one chicken bowl, two drinks. We also asked for cup of queso but the young boy... seemed to not hear us. When asked he said oh i was paying attention. They burnt my quesadilla, cut it up, and gave it to us. Mywife's chicken bowl had some type of meat scraps which the tall young man scraped out of the pan. I have never had such badservice at this location as many times we have been there. It was so bad we ordered to eat in but ended up boxing it up andgiving it to our dogs. We wasted 32 dollars on very sub par food and very poor service. All I can say is it was just terribleall around. Only good thing was no one was there and it was quiet. Read more
