I eat at Bojangles a considerable amount of times a week and out of all the Bojangles I have eaten at I do have to say this is... the worst Bojangles I have ever visited. The place is filthy, the service is far inferior to any other Bojangles, and the foodis terrible. The biscuit was flat and hard, unseasoned and undercooked fries, and the chicken Supremes made me sick they are alot tougher than typical. I love Bojangles but just not this establishment and just how dilapidated this place is. Read more
Ordered 2 chicken Biscuits with Cheese They forgot cheese on both. Upon going in to resolve the lady was very disgruntled and... took our food back over counter, which is unsanitary to add cheese. Only for them to forget to put the cheese on the other oneand I went back in for 2nd time and said my order still wasn't right because other one still needed cheese. They took food backover the counter for 2nd time and put cheese on it only for the Manager lady to tell me to order right next time. The otheremployee who took my order explained I did order it right. Horrible establishment and needs shut down. Read more
The food was pretty good. Chicken supremes and fries were fresh. The bone-in chicken was ok. The 3 star review is for the... cleanliness. The restaurant portion was alright, but the hallway back to the bathroom and the actual bathrooms were disgusting.You could smell the urine smell from OUTSIDE the bathroom door. If I had seen the bathrooms before I ate, I probably would havewent somewhere else. Read more
Had young family members with us & they are very particular about their chicken & mac & cheese. Needless to say they ate... everything which was a big deal. Restaurant was tidy & bathrooms in good shape . We were there at lunch and were able to placeour order as soon as we walked in. Paid for a 12 piece and received and 8 piece meal. Mashed potatoes and (no) gravy. They?re also skimping on portion sizes now. ... Disappointing! This location has its problem. Read more
Food wasn't good, I don't just mean it didn't taste good enough, I mean I had to throw out my biscuit after noticing it tasted... wrong and there was some weird black liquid you can see in the attached picture. We were also missing part of our order, butcouldn't address either issue with our order, since door was locked and drive thru line was around building. They really need to shut this place down . They are always out of something . I was there today around 3pm and they was out of... wings . I only got a wing dinner. The biscuits are not made in store anymore. They are frozen now, and the breading on thechicken is hard as hell . I truly don?t eat at this place much anymore, they only had 3 people working today .
