Reviews for Dunkin' in Kernersville, NC

This bad review is because of the horrible service given by the cashier Debbie on 11/11/22. All I wanted was a good Boston... Crème donut. I went to the counter and asked Debbie for one of the donuts towards the front of the case because the one closestto her was only partially dipped in chocolate. She proceeded to grab it anyways and I reminded her that I did not want that one.She then started arguing with me and said they are all the same. I told her that it was not and she angrily took the poorlydipped donut and put it on the back counter and grabbed one of the ones I wanted. During this attitude infused frustration shekept saying ?They are all the same?. By this time she has started creating a scene so I asked for her name and she wouldn?tgive it to me and she stomped away. I then asked one of the other associates for the manager and was pleasantly greeted by themanager. She gave me Debbie?s name at which time Debbie got yet another attitude that had to be calmed down by the manager. I donot feel that a customer facing role is ideal for Debbie and that reassignment may be appropriate in this situation. Needless tosay I may never use Dunkin again and will either wait for Krispy Kreme to make it into Kernersville or drive all the way toStratford road for my donuts going forward. Read more

I visited this Dunkin Donuts in Kernersville, North Carolina recently and this was my experience: 1.) It was 6:45 in the AM and... the line was wrapped around the building. I sat in that line (for 30 minutes, waiting to place my order.) Once I came to thewindow, the person who greeted me was not friendly, nor did it seem like they cared that I was there. Also, it took them about10 minutes to even come onto the intercom. I had to say "hello, anyone there?" They came onto the intercom and said "Give us onesecond." If you are an employee of a customer-based business, you should be ready to welcome anyone with a warm and happyattitude. It doesn't leave a good impression if you are rude and/or insensitive to someone who is trying to help you pay yourbills. 2.) After I placed my order, the gentleman on the line said "Hold on, let me check on those muffins". He put me on holdand never responded back on whether or not they had them in stock. He just stopped talking to me. Then after a 5-8 minute wait,a lady came on and said "Oh, I didn't know you were still there, please drive around, we have everything you need." That made mevery angry to know that the gentleman who originally took my order didn't have the decency to respond back to me. 3.) I thenwaited in line for another 20 minutes in order to pick up my food. When I finally got to the window to pick up my order, thegentleman was very unfriendly and just threw me my food without a "thank you for your patience" or "sorry about the wait". Ioriginally ordered two muffins but I didn't find out they only had one until I got to the window. I'd been waiting for at least45 minutes so I just said "it's fine". He didn't respond with any apology. In my opinion, this is below sub-par and inexcusablebehavior. I realize this location was very busy but that means management could use some help with scheduling employees and/orrunning the franchise. This experience has cast a shadow over Dunkin which is a shame because I'v Read more

Waited in line for 45 minutes this morning. The employees have to run the gas station register, dunking drive through, AND take... orders. Not fair to the employees to have to do everything with 2 people. Dunkin and the gas station needs to have a minimum of4 people working behind the counter. Everyone will say "nobody wants to work" but the real issue is they probably pay $10 anhour and that's the real issue here, nobody can live off $10 an hour so nobody should have to work for a low wage. I am beyond mad ! Today I had a friend bring me Dunkin? donut holes for my birthday ! I ordered pumpkin and blueberry and this... is what I recieved ? as we both took a bite of one and they are dry and nasty and COLD Not even too mention the fact she sat inline for 30 mins because they were waiting for ?hash brounds? while other customers waited in front of her ! I would have rated0 stars but that wasn?t an option the customer service was nice ! I will not be shopping at this location ever ! Read more

I went to this Dunkin? after getting some gas, because I thought it would be a nice treat for myself. I ordered a caramel latte... with almond milk and cold foam. Not ONLY was there no cold foam, there were dark black dots all in my coffee. May have a brokenespresso machine but, nevertheless it was disgusting. I had to throw it away once I got home. Read more

Service was so slow but, that wasnt the worse part. Ordered an iced coffee with Almond milk and liquid sugar. The Almond milk... was missing. I also ordered 2 bacon wraps and an order of hashbrowns. Not sure why or what they were thinking but, they managedto slap a piece of cheese OUTSIDE of one of the wraps and melted it. I didn't realize till I got to work and opened my bag. Ijust thought it was odd and comical. Read more

I came by to get an iced matcha latte with cold foam on top. It was wonderful. I had also asked for a grilled cheese. The first... one wasn?t even toasted, it was soggy and very greasy. I had them remake it and the second was a little toaster but still kindasoggy and greasy. It was not good at all. I think I?ll stick to drinks and donuts from now on. Read more

When this location in a quality mark gas station opened we should have known. The training and customer service was nowhere up... to par. It has since improved but I would stick to ? coffee and ???? donuts and no complicated orders for now. I do love themobile ordering and the app and they do have ? handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating. Read more
