(Hardees, Main St. Kernersville, NC). This is the first time I have eaten at a Hardees in over 5 years. The staff were very... friendly, and the service was fast. The problems I have at this restaurant is, look at the photo and you will see tons ofgrease on the wrapping paper. The food was hot and was extremely greasy. Hopefully they can correct this issue. The food is usually good but service is to be desired. They need some help.... Usually only a couple employees there and drive... through has been closed 2 times in the past month. Update 8-26-22 I pulled in the drive through and no one was behind me and Ifelt rushed to order because apparently they are on a timer. So you better know exactly what you want before you get there. Worst fast food in Kernersville! Besides the fact they never have food ready and you have to wait 15 minutes but then the... workers get an attitude when you have them correct the order they messed up! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!!!! If I could give this location 100 stars I would. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. ... There wasn't any customers but I was informed that it would take 10 minutes to cook my tenders. I didn't have a problemwaiting. Everything was delicious! I'm not from the area, I was passing through on my way home from class. It was worth thestop. I would definitely make that stop again if I need too. Hardee's on Randleman Road and Green Valley Rd both in Greensboroneed to take notes because they could NEVER get my money again for their substandard service and food! Read more

Stopped here to meet with a friend. Went inside & used the restroom while waiting for her. The employees were very friendly &... helpful while I was inside. Checked out the breakfast menu in the lobby & my friend arrived outside, so I went out to meether. She didn't want anything, so I decided to go through the Drive-thru when she left. I ordered the Frisco SandwichBreakfast Combo. Big mistake. Somehow the sandwich managed to be both dry and greasy at the same time. I ordered a Small, whichended up being $7.16 total. The Hash Rounds were greasy and tasted like they had been in really old oil. Come on Hardee's, youhave to clean your oil. The coffee was okay. I asked for extra, extra creamers and sugar, and received 3 sugar packets and 4creamers. The creamers were cold, so that was nice. And the employee did ask if I wanted regular sugar. Oh and for some reasonthere were 2 stirrers in the bag. Again, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was nasty. The employees canonly work with what they have. It's been years since I've tried a Hardee's (because the food was bad then, too), so I'm goingto stick to not going there. Read more
