You can always order using the app, but no matter what you do you will always have to wait 30 minutes more than the expected... wait time. I find it ironic since the entire point is to skip a line, but now it's just a line of people waiting for orders thathaven't been fulfilled at all. Read more

Ordered online. Pizza was ready for pickup after 45 minutes. Went in and was told it wasn't ready. Waited 20 more minutes and... still not ready and no refund. The racks were full of pizzas the whole time I waited and only a few of those pizzas ever wentinto a customers hands. They even claimed to have sold a customers pizza to someone else. If I could give 0 I would. 2x in 2 weeks I?ve placed mobile orders and given ample time to have the orders filled on time and... still had to wait. The staff just uses the excuse that they are short staffed and offers no condolences for the delay. Theydon?t even make the effort to initiate the conversation of ?we apologize, we?re behind due to staff shortages, but your pizzawill be out in about 10 minutes?.
