You can always order using the app, but no matter what you do you will always have to wait 30 minutes more than the expected... wait time. I find it ironic since the entire point is to skip a line, but now it's just a line of people waiting for orders thathaven't been fulfilled at all. Read more
Not sure who y'all had working on 10-17-22 but they knocked it out of the park. Pizza was cooked perfect, slices were actually... cut, everything was great. I hadn't had the best experience prior to today's visit. Keep it up. Read more
Ordered online. Pizza was ready for pickup after 45 minutes. Went in and was told it wasn't ready. Waited 20 more minutes and... still not ready and no refund. The racks were full of pizzas the whole time I waited and only a few of those pizzas ever wentinto a customers hands. They even claimed to have sold a customers pizza to someone else. If I could give 0 I would. 2x in 2 weeks I?ve placed mobile orders and given ample time to have the orders filled on time and... still had to wait. The staff just uses the excuse that they are short staffed and offers no condolences for the delay. Theydon?t even make the effort to initiate the conversation of ?we apologize, we?re behind due to staff shortages, but your pizzawill be out in about 10 minutes?. I?ve never had to wait for my pizza at this location for several years. Not sure what haschanged recently, but it needs to be fixed. Read more
I called in to order 2 extra most best one pepperoni and one cheese @8:40pm , they stated 20 minutes for pick up! I arrived at... the restaurant within the time frame, to a pick up my pizzas. Both pizzas were not "freshly" made or atleast to my order. I hadto use my own pizza cutter to cut the badly warmed over pizzas , pizzas are supposed to be cut after baking at the restaurant. The crust of the other was burnt to point , no return. They close@10pm, I called of course no answer at all.. As per usual, my wife had used the app to order ahead to spare the wait. I happen to walk in just as some gentleman was... finishing his rant to the girl at the front desk about his order taking over 30 min - only heard the last bit of it. Our orderhad been prepared right as soon as she was able to excuse herself from the situation, yet right on time with the quoted time onthe app. Got home... one of the best Little Caesars pizzas we've had to memory! Props for the quality product, despite the extratime it may cost. Quality over quantity always wins in my book! Read more
Could have been done better. I understand when it?s busy but I placed an order online and waited a whole hour for my pizza for... employee to turn around and give me a pizza they had sitting there for a while. Really interested in getting my money back atthis point when I have to come home and put my pizza in the oven to heat it up. Read more
Honestly, so disgusting, we found not ONE but SEVERAL HAIRS IN OUR PIZZA. Not placing any orders from this place again. Nothing... more disgusting that giving your slice a bite and feeling the hairs in your mouth. Read more
