Constantly screwing up unline orders (DoorDash) several times meats have been under cooked. Went through the drive through today... and now im missing food and they want me to come back with all the food after ive done gotten home. This McDonald's has justbeen going down hill the past couple of years. UPDATE: 11/5/2022 Still doing there thing, need to tear it down and find acompany with people who know how to work. Drive through can?t be trusted to get your order right. Don?t pull off! Make them wait and their times be off because they... simply can?t be trusted to perform an easy job successfully. We went inside and made our order and had to repeat it multiple times to the cashier. We asked for 4 value meals and when they... rang them up they were just sandwiches initially. She said she didn't know we wanted "the meal!" We rang it up again and myyoung son asked for katsup only on his burger. We got our food and initially were short one fry. First they said we onlyordered 3, then after I showed them the receipt, they asked to look in the bag like we were lying or took one out. They gave usanother fry. Then my son got his burger and it had katsup and onions on it so we had to go back in and get that remade.Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service is dead these days... Read more
