Ok..so I contacted you in the past and even offered some advice on the lack of quality of the biscuits. I've gotten several... pucks since then.You actually called. I returned the call. That was the extent of the effort. Update. Went in 3 days ago.Chicken in view looked old. In fact I was advised the "fresh" chicken would be a bit. I waited. The chicken was great. However,I can assure you Piney Grove Elementary serves their kindergarten more mashed potatoes for lunch than your individual order. Thelittle scooper used wasn't even filled.Ridiculously small, "quantity" control maximized! Labor issues are obvious differentsometimes weekly employees. Which reminds me of this latest visit I noticed the cashier a young man was wearing a sheath? Asheath! For those that don't know that is a hunting knife holder!! On his belt! I commented to him so you wear a sheath? But noknife right? In which point he banished a large at least 10 inch full blown hunting knife! Hmm..well that should keep complaintsto A minimum! I ordered a family size Mac and Cheese plus two biscuits at the drive through. Was told it would be $10.99. I asked why and was... told the Mr.Pibb was $2.50. I did not order a combo or drink. I was then told individual biscuits were $1.08 without getting acombo. I can live with that I guess, but seems over priced. I wound up just getting the Mac and cheese. The lady taking order over intercom was very rude! Husband was giving her our order for 3 people wasn't even done with the 2nd... order and she comes over the intercom says "Are You Done, I have other people to take care of"! Plus our order wasn't finishedwhen we get to the window so we had to park. Then she comes out and asked for our receipt she erased the order off the computerand we had to wait another 5 or so minutes. Spent $25.00 for hardly any chicken dumplings a steak dinner and a chicken sandwich.I was trying to support local but being rude will loose all my business. Read more

This restaraunt deserves a five star rating! I liked my visit at this location. My guest and I decided that we'd dine in,... since there weren't any customers dining in at our time of this visit. This place has a very down to Earth vibe. It's definitelya good place to bring family, if you like southern home cooked meals. This place serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfastis not served all day like some other restaurants that have a similar menu. Near the front door entrance, is a newspaper standand this place is extremely clean. Since I've never visited this location before, I had to take my time in reading their menuboards. The cashier was very patient with me and my guest while we skimmed through their menu boards. I ordered a $5, 3 piecechicken dinner with a side of macaroni and cheese, potato wedges, and a biscuit. I believe this was dark meat chicken, whichreally didn't bother me. Anyway, my food tasted really good. I loved their homemade biscuits because they were fresh, perfectand they melted in my mouth. I will definitely return to this location. Read more
