I placed an order on Doordash for soup because I'm not feeling well. I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl... and a separate bowl of chicken noodle soup. The broccoli cheddar soup was curdled and completely inedible. I didn't receive afull bowl of chicken noodle soup but that's ok because it looked and tasted old. I will not be trying this restaurant againanytime soon. It's clear from many recent reviews that this Panera location needs some help. Maybe the company should figureout why management would allow such awful product to be served to paying customers. Read more
Had a large team order to make and asked if it was manageable. We hot the go ahead and we gave them more than 24 hour noticed.... They refused to make our order and let us know 2 hours before our bus was supposed to arrive. Had to make other lunch plansonthe road to a game. Read more
Had a catering order for a party of 30. Spoke to general manager 2 days before. I then sent in our custom order to both the GM... and the store the night before. When I called to put the payment in the following morning, the store said they could not fulfillour order. They could see the order I sent on the store e-mail but nobody checked it. This is while I am on a bus coming from4.5 hours away. I then called the closest Panera and that store actually worked to make sure my party of 30 was fed with 2 hoursnotice. The Kernersville location said that a party of 30 was impossible with 2 hours notice, even when I sent in the order thenight before during operation hours. Read more

Good food, like the unlimited drink special they have going on, relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very helpful, but lately... there has been a problem trying to use the cafe's wifi probably a result of the storms that went through the area days ago, itwould be help if the wifi was fixed Read more
I'm so torn on Panera. The food in my opinion is so mediocre. I went with the new advertised chicken sandwich with a drink. For... me and my daughter it was nearly $30 and unfortunately it just wasn't really good. It was a bit juicy, but so bland. KFC &Popeyes has a much better sandwich for $4 You know what you're getting when you go here, mediocre food for a premium. I'dsuggest going to JPeppers or anywhere else. Read more
We we're a party of four and arrived for dinner and coffee at 7 p.m. The floors were dirty. The gentleman who tried to take our... order admitted that he did not know how to use the cash register and place orders, there was no one to assist him, the coffee inthe urn was ice cold and I had to ask someone if they could heat it up with a microwave rather than make fresh that late in theday. It took nearly a half hour for them to make one salad and three sandwiches and two bowls of soup. Panera has reallycontinued to decline. I used to love to go there now it is at best a last resort.
