I promise its worth your time to drive to Walkertown. Unfortunately this store is being mismanaged. Posted that review 8 minth... ago. I decided to try them again so I thought I would update with a picture this time. I spent $44 with a tip for a pizza withgreen peppers, tomatoes and light sauce. After an hour of still no pizza I called and they said it should be here even thoughthe app still showed it was being prepared. Turns out it had been sitting outside on my wet doormat without so much as a knockfor who knows how long. Anyway here's the pizza I was given. Ordered from them a couple of times now. The pizzas have been consistently good and delivery times very reasonable. Even after I... made a mistake on my internet order and personally called them to fix it..the staff handled it for me very well and fixed myerror.. and STILL got my Pizza out in good time! Saturday night, ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks. Food was delivered hot, fresh, and within 30 minutes. BBQ chicken bacon... pizza was fire! Delivery driver was friendly and smiling. Couldn't ask for more. :) Read more
Made an online order with double breadsticks, but they didn't have any butter/seasoning on them or sauce! This is our favorite... part of pizza hut! Called the store and they gave me the option for credit on a future order. Great customer service and I willreorder from this location in the future (given they don't mess up the breadsticks again! Lol...) The stuffed crust pizza isamazing though and almost makes up for the messed up breadsticks! Read more
I waited 20 minutes (pass the due time) for them to bring the pizza outside AFTER letting them know I was there And they said... ?oh yes, it?s right here , be right out?. When I got it home I was SHOCKED. The ?sealed by the hut? label has been removed andanother placed on top of it! The pizza box was FILTHY! The fingerprints in the picture are NOT MINE. My pizza showed up looking like it was left in the oven too long, cheese dried up, etc. Tasted awful and old. Called to talk to... manager, her words exactly: "I can assure you that pizza was made correctly". As if to say I was lying!! Oh I was hot mad,asked for my money back and she wouldn't do it so now they're sending another. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I have photos I am sending tomanagement. Very poor lower management.
