Was heading back to Asheville and pulled off for gas and food. Only reason why it?s not 5 stars was even though there was a bit... of wait for food my tots were only room temp. Ordered a delivery from here using Uber eats and the food arrived colder than room temperature, when asked about it, they told... me there was nothing they could do and to take it up with the delivery service. Horrible customer service. Mediocre food. Avoidif you can. Read more
Talked to austin couldn't find the propane gate key to exchange my tank. After waiting up front for 10 mins he comes to tell me... "oh by the way you can't bring that inside". Knowing I was alittle upset at waiting for that long and they not having access towhat I needed. So I told my Wife to pick up two Johnsonville Brats from Sheets for dinner on the way home. When she arrived they had given her... ONE, but I was hungry so, whatever This is what it looks like when I opened the container. I mean I guess TECHNICALLY it doeshave peppers onions and mustard? Stopped here to use the restroom and grab a snack. Was very impressed with how clean the establishment was. Restroom was new and... very well kept. Wide selection of fresh foods and dining hall was very nice. Though we did not take advantage, it has a car washand outdoor picnic area. Read more
It would be amazing if the self checkouts would scan BOTH the MySheetz cars and the food order. I tried all three self checkouts... and not one would scan both. Or you could staff enough people to have someone at the register. Congratulations. You've got 2/$1hotdogs and no way to actually pay for them. Read more
