My girlfriend and I placed an online order. When we arrived we attempted to check in to a booth per instructions on the app. ... That failed because the booths are currently closed due to staffing issues. We hit the button on the booth and someone insideresponded and explained that the booths were closed but that they would bring out food out to us. We offered to go through thedrive-thru, but the woman politely insisted she would bring it out to us...Twice! 20 minutes later we had not received ourfood. That isn't acceptable. If someone in service tells me they will do something I expect it to be done. We then wentthrough the drive-thru and after another 20 minutes we get to the window to find that the food was not made correctly. So, over40 minutes to find that we had to wait even longer to correct their mistake. That said, I know they are under-staffed andunder-paid. If Sonic would offer a living wage they would be able to maintain a full crew, and their staff might be able tohonor what they say they will do. Read more

Order screen you can not read well. After ordering I tried to use credit card and nothing happened and no one said how to pay at... the pull up window. Order was not correct, ordered 2 large tater tots, got 1 large and 1 medium, ordered 2 grilled cheesesandwiches and got 3. The cheese was more in the wrapper instead of being in the bread. Drinks had more ice than soda. Over allflavor of food was fair. Read more

On 8/11/22 my daughter and sister stop at this location on our way to our hotel in Winston Salem. I ordered the crisp chicken... sandwich with fries and my daughter ordered the same with taters and the frosty Lemonade. My sister order the nuggets and fries.Our food was cold and not freshly made. It caused us to have stomach pain. I have tried to call back and the phone rings and noone answers. Our total order came to 26.82. Which none of what were sold was worth it. I have eaten at other Sonic's before .This was the worst. It was late and they were closing so we couldn't return the food. And we were passing through. We were excited we saw a Sonic. What a BIG disappointment that one was to us all. I need to speak to a manager for a refund,unfortunately no one is picking up the phone at their location. Why no one is answering the phones there to resolve this issue?It is wrong to sell people food in that condition. It was old and stale tasting. ???? and I want a refund back. I have went here twice in last couple months. Both times the customer service has been amazing. In particular today, the service... was great. The female in the drive through was super nice and patient and had great menu knowledge. The male at the window, Ithink his name was Eli, Was just as great. Food is always fairly good but the service keeps me coming back. Read more

It's classic sonic food for when you're in the mood. Staff is friendly and works to make sure the order is right even if it's a... big order. When we went the drive in part was closed due to short staffing but the drive through was open and like I said, wehad good service . Read more

The food was average...Really got a 2 star for the service. It's normal to have errors when ordering. Sometimes it's hard to... hear through the speaker or people just misheard the order. My wife ordered fries with her meal, but received tots instead. Shementioned this to the employee, who responded, "well, what does the ticket say?". I understand the ticket says tots, and I'mexplaining that she definitely said fries and that it was a mistake on the part of the person taking orders. It happens. And theemployee just walked away as I was talking. I know where I won't be returning to... It's such a shame too because Sonic is sospaced out that I rarely eat it. Oh well! Read more

If you can't fulfill the services you offer, you should remove them. Worst experience yet at a Sonic. I placed an order on... the phone. Pulled into a spot & was told RUDELY they were short staffed & then completely ignored at the drive thru. & I couldhear it was on purpose. & then to loudy be blew at... what do you need.
